I GET ACCESS AT ANY TIME?
Gate access is normally between 5am – 10pm, 7 days a week,
365 days a year. If you require access outside of these
hours please call our manager, as security settings to your
access code will need to be adjusted to suit.
IS ACCESS SECURE?
You will be allocated a unit with a unit number which identifies
a particular unit for opening and closing. A second set
of numbers is your PIN (your choice) and BOTH sets are required
to gain entry through the front street gate. The alarm on
your storage unit is automatically de-activated so that
you may unlock the padlock on your unit door. Padlocks are
available for sale in our office.
Safeway maintains a regular pest control programme, however,
we ask you not to store foodstuffs, seeds or other edible
items in your storage unit because they can attract insects
CAN AND WHEN DO I PAY?
You may pay by EFTPOS, Credit Card, Cheque,cash, or automatic
payment from your bank. Storage hire is paid monthly in
advance when moving in and pro-rated when you move out.
YOU ARRANGE INSURANCE?
Yes, self-storage insurance cover is available at the office
and you’ll find the cost very reasonable.
SIZE DO I NEED?
We have 9 unit sizes ranging from super-large garage down
to locker-size, so you only need to pay for the space you
require. Our manager will help you to choose the size to
best suit your needs.
PACKING SUPPLIES AVAILABLE?
Yes, we stock a range of cartons, tape, bubble wrap, furniture
wraps and other items - just ask our manager.
HAPPENS WHEN I’M OUT OF THE AREA?
